I'm well known amongst friends, family and colleagues for my interest. Particularly, pairing food and wine has been something I have loved exploring. I've read books on the subject, eaten many pairing menus and created many pairing menus for friends and family. I was regularly asked my advice on what a good pairing would be when friends were cooking a meal for guests. I  also noticed friends being nervous to buy me a wine or order a glass of wine when in a restaurant or a wine bar with me. They enjoy wine and want to be able to order well, but don't have confidence they can make a good decision. There are lots of articles and materials out there for those that want to become knowledgable about wine, but there isn't much easily digestible content for those that enjoy a glass of wine and want to be more confident but don't have the resources or time to become experts on the topic. I want to make this more readily available! My dream is that if I do this well, my friends and family will dare to buy me an interesting bottle of wine again!!
